Hugo Lions Scholarships
Hugo Lions have awarded many scholarships to students in the Hugo area over the years. Those receiving a scholarship are honored guests during our closing ceremony of Good Neighbor Days. Review the requirements and access the application files below from our Google Drive.
$1,000 scholarships and $500 scholarships are offered to qualified applicants based on the decision of the selection committee. This scholarship was created to recognize Hugo students with strong community service, work/life experiences and extracurricular activities. All eligible Hugo students are encouraged to apply regardless of academic standing. Awards will be made to students planning to attend college, tech, or trade school. Applicants must be current graduating seniors in any high school, public or private, and MUST BE a resident of the City of Hugo.
